Amendments to bylaws.

The "garden card" shall be available to all of the participant who have completed the three year program.  It is not the desire of the company to impose rules nor to complicate matters, but rather to provide a structure, economic, social and otherwise, within which the mission may be carried out.  As in "the stone rejected by the builders is the corner of the new structure."

The common fund is subject to the same rule pending further consideration of practical realities.
